Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Sentrick Drones account and the data associated with it. Sentrick Drones is operated by Anima Technology Sensor & Tracking Solutions, LLC.

How to request account deletion

• Email alan@sentrickapp.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line "Delete my Sentrick Drones account".
• Include the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.
• We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What data is deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, and authentication record).
• Your sites, drone identifiers, routes, and device settings.
• Patrol / flight logs, captured media, and detection events tied to your account.

What data may be retained

For legal, tax, and accounting purposes we may retain billing and transaction records for the period required by law. Payment card details are never stored by us; they are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Any retained records are kept secure and are not used for any other purpose.
