These terms govern your use of Sentrick Drones™, provided by Anima Technology Sensor & Tracking Solutions, LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Sentrick Drones provides AI-assisted aerial monitoring for commercial sites. It is a decision-support tool and does not replace professional security, insurance, or emergency services. Alerts are provided on a best-effort basis.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and site information.
• Operate drones lawfully and only on sites you are authorized to monitor. Operators are responsible for applicable FAA requirements (registration, Remote ID, and Part 107 where required).
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed per drone on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Hardware may be sold separately or bundled. Pilot terms are agreed in writing before a pilot begins.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anima Technology is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
